Very nice hotel. The valet team here are exceptional! Down side was door to our room heavy and didn’t close you have to pull it hard to shut it. No free parking anywhere. Thankfully there was a nearby garage that was decently priced unless you are coming & going then it might get pricey.

Great service and great location. Staff was very friendly. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if it was for the valet service. I have a brand new F150 truck and when I was putting my bags in the truck I notice a ding on the door that was deep enough, that the paint was missing. I alway check my car thoroughly before and after valet.
Great service but I wish they would have been more careful with my truck.

We were visiting Baton Rouge for our granddaughter’s graduation from LSU. We were very pleased with the service but it’s time for some renovations, Hilton. We stayed here about 4 years ago and the building has aged. Beds were very comfortable and coffee was very good. Overall, a great Hilton experience.

Very outdated and casino offers barely any playback. I think they should file for bankruptcy and just close for good.

Beautiful property which is undergoing renovations. Offers great views of the river! The only negative is the small parking lot is temporarily more limited due to renovation storage containers. The balconies are enjoyable. The location is safe and walkable key amenities including grocery. I found the property quiet clean. Capitol gardens provide a nice escape within walking distance.

Arrived late and had booked the wrong date. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous and were able to change our reservation on the spot so we had a place to stay for the night at no extra charge. Excellent service, clean comfortable room for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Hampton Inns throughout our early May 2021 road trip and they are pretty consistent. For this stop we decided to try a downtown location with a view of the Mississippi River. Convenient parking is available in lot right next to entrance for $16.50 for 24 hrs (come and go) versus $11 for parking garage. Room was large with fridge and microwave. Clean overall (but could use some deep spring cleaning – see photos). We paid extra for the river view and balcony – it really wasn’t worth the extra $50. From the balcony you have a great view of the river and bridge, but city noises and smells kept us from lounging there. Get a regular room and walk to the park area just a block away to see river sights such as the old capitol bldg and museums on river front. Otherwise, pleasant and helpful staff and hearty breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage served to you by the hostess/server. Self serve waffle maker. No other breakfast offerings but we got there at 9 am and breakfast was done at 9:30 am at this location.

The staff was amazing! They were always quick to ask how our day had been, they even drove us to the convention center when our shuttle was late. It rained while we were out and they had warm towels waiting on us at the door to dry off with. Rooms were small, but the walk in shower was awesome! Very clean. Nice view of the bridge. Easy walking distance to several bars and restaurants.

I am really disappointed in this stay. I love staying in the Hotel Indigo chains, but this was a serious let down of a hotel. We stayed for one night and had two small dogs with us.

On the plus side, customer service when we arrived was good. They had cute doggie bowls set out with water and treats and check in was very easy. There is a $20 fee for incidentals. They have free parking in the back which isn’t covered but they have a security guard out there until midnight. Saturday morning he wasn’t out there so I’m not sure what time the security guard returns the next day. Also, if you have pets there is a lot of greenery around to walk them and let them relieve themselves. The location of the hotel is awesome. Lots of good restaurants and bars around. The river has a great path to walk on too. That was super cool.

Our room was a two double bed room on the seventh floor. The room was clean but it smelled like a hamster cage. We assume this is where they put dog owners. The doors closed and locked but had gaps that allowed light and sound to come through very easy. And because we were near the elevator, that was not ideal. We got the worst sleep because of how loud it was being near the elevator. The floors were hard wood or fake hard wood which is a nice upgrade but it made the floor slippery so my dogs couldn’t jump up on the bed.
This seems like the party hotel on the weekend. It was so loud from several rooms on our floor.
When we checked out, they told us there is a $50 pet fee. That we would not get our incidentals back and they would be charging us an extra $30. After the terrible sleep, and the terrible smell, now they are charging us more? I wouldn’t recommend a friend or family member stay at this hotel. The Hilton across the street looked better for a similar price.

Beautiful room. Small, but cozy. The bathroom was awesome after two days of hotels with no hairdryers, I could finally dry my hair! The view of the bridge and river was so nice.
Friendly staff, and we even had a friendly police officer help us get to the hotel when we accidentally went the wrong way on a one way street. Neither of us saw a sign! Great stay, wish the weather had cooperated, but the hotel loaned us an umbrella!

Costumes, make-up, and special effects are excellent. I don’t scare easily so more creepy than scary for me. Dark humor of some of the actors was very funny. If you scare easily you will definitely get your thrill. Virtual line is easy to use, although wait time was not accurate on the website. Stated wait time of 12 minutes was about a 45 minute wait. Food and souvenir prices are extremely family friendly relative to other carnival type venues. Every person working we encountered had excellent customer service. We’ve been multiple years and will attend again.

Went to the State Capital Building today with my 6 year old grandson, the Tower was Closed but I thought it would still be fun to at least take him into the main lobby and see the Statues. The Security officers in that building were so RUDE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! It was Disgusting, I wonder if tax payers dollars are paying their salary? they all need to be replaced!!!! I was Not the only person they were rude to either.

Nice Coffee Shoppe in downtown Baton Rouge. We got a praline and cream Latte. They have various coffees, teas, and pastries.

The server showed us great hospitality on today July 31 2021.
I would definitely recommend them.😋😋😋😋😋😋

Small theater, cozy and clean. Good place to go for live music and independent/artsy/foreign movies. The film festivals and jazz are appreciated in this otherwise culture-less football town. I kid, I kid.

This theater setting is great for small venue type performances. Enjoyed a fantastic concert with Our local John Schneider. This was by far the most enjoyable performance that I’ve been to at this location. The seating is comfortable and it doesn’t matter where you are sitting, the view is superb. The entire evening was very well organized. The theater was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent concert venue and there’s literally not a bad seat in the house! The acoustics are great and allow for superb sound production. There’s also a nice bar in the lobby for those who enjoy a cocktail to go with the performance. The seats are comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy and classy! This is the ideal environment for music lovers. I have enjoyed each experience here and think others would too.
